Dom and Molly met in 2003 while attending college at Cal State Hayward. They met through a mutual friend, but were also neighbors in the same apartment complex. For Dom it was love at first sight. But like everything they do, they do it at their own pace.
Five years of friendship later, they were in a committed relationship. Through occasional long distance, career ambitions, and even a deployment to Iraq, their friendship and love for each other grew. This December makes nine years as a couple, and in that time they’ve raised two dogs and a cat, built a home in Minneapolis, and have supported each other through schooling, career changes, and personal growth.
Dom surprised Molly with a proposal in May of 2016 a week before she moved to Minneapolis. Dom always knew he would marry Molly, but it was important for him that it happened only once he felt worthy of her commitment.
After nine years of love, and fifteen years of friendship, the time has finally come to celebrate what Dom and Molly have always known: That they were made for each other, that they were meant to be together, and that the next chapter of their life will be built on the strong foundation of their time-tested love and commitment.
